What is your return policy?
We hope you love what you ordered, but in case you don’t, you can return your purchase for any reason.
How long do I have to make a return?
All items must be returned according to the instructions below within 14 days of delivery.
What are my refund options?
Purchases that are returned according to this policy will receive a full refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of the date we receive your returned item.
My package was delivered late or to an incorrect address. Am I eligible for a refund?
IV Supply Clinic contracts with third party shipping vendors (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx) to deliver your package. As such IV Supply Clinic can only guarantee that your order will be ready for shipment and given to the carrier for delivery. We cannot guarantee the date the carrier will deliver your package. Certain circumstances such as weather or address issues can delay the arrival of your package. We will be happy to work with you and the carrier to resolve any delays that occur, however, IV Supply Clinic cannot refund any part of your order as a result of shipping delays, customers’ mistakes in the address provided, or incorrect deliveries by the carrier.
My package was returned to sender. Am I eligible for a refund?
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or customer refusal it may be eligible for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
Return Shipping Instructions
You can send your purchase back to us, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return according to our policy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Return Instructions
Please contact us at orders@IVSupplyClinic.com to initiate a return.
Include your proof of purchase or order number, as well as the reason for your return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check with your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Your name and billing address
Your order confirmation number, if available
The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or
purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
